Join the latest event from the SET Alliance and explore financing for energy efficiency-as-a-Service (EaaS) projects.
Efficiency-as-a-Service (EaaS) is gaining momentum as an innovative way to deliver energy-efficient solutions in buildings, accelerating the adoption of high-efficiency technologies. From cooling, to lighting and energy storage technologies, the model shifts customers away from owning equipment to paying for performance and outcomes. This allows customers to outsource responsibility for performance and operational risks without upfront cost. For providers, this approach can open new business opportunities, recurrent returns and strong customer relationships.
A critical aspect of scaling these solutions lies with financing. Projects must be structured in ways that make them attractive to both customers and financiers. Getting financiers’ requirements right, in terms of risk-sharing, contract clauses, and pricing, is key to scaling solutions, alongside an understanding of the financing landscape applicable to EaaS.
This webinar dives into the financing side of EaaS to give participants insights into:
- how investment structures work for EaaS
- what financiers expect
- how providers can position their projects for success
- Real world EaaS project examples
Whether you are a manufacturer, distributor, built environment professional, or investor, this session offers practical guidance on turning EaaS into bankable, real-world projects.
