Webinar – The Path to Efficiency-as-a-Service: A Guide to Creating Customer Value

SHARE

The SET Alliance is hosting a new event focused on the journey to Efficiency-as-a-Service (EaaS) and how to create financial and non-financial value for all. As the demand for sustainable energy solutions continues to grow, businesses are increasingly turning to EaaS models, where state-of-the-art and more expensive energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions are offered on a pay-per-use basis.

The transition to “Anything-as-a-Service” (XaaS) models represents a significant shift in how companies deliver value to their customers, and therefore presents unique challenges and opportunities that require careful planning and execution.

Join us for a new SET Alliance webinar, “The Path to Efficiency-as-a-Service: A Guide to Creating Customer Value”, where industry experts explores the critical steps one company must take to adopt and thrive with service-based offerings. This event aims to demystify XaaS models, discussing their value proposition, the building blocks necessary to create value, and the challenges and benefits faced by solution providers. The goal is to shift the audience’s perception of XaaS from merely a financing option for equipment, to recognising it as a strategy for unlocking additional value for customers.

Our expert speakers guides you through three essential chapters of this journey, from the definition of the value proposition, or conceptualisation phase, where you will get insights about how to assess the potential within your company for adopting EaaS models. This will be followed by a deep dive into the development phase, highlighting how to best address the financial aspects, from funding the projects to building solid revenue streams. Speakers will also emphasise the importance of having the right enabling technologies, such as Internet of Things (IoT), and continually driving product innovation to ensure ongoing improvement. Finally, the event will focus on the main benefits and challenges inherent to the transition away from the traditional selling model.

This is an interesting event for businesses considering the shift to the as-a-service model, looking to optimise their current offerings, and for customers looking to procure XaaS offerings. Don’t miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights and network with industry experts and peers.

You can access more webinars on diverse topics such as the synergies of servitisation with circularity and digitalisation, or on Cooling-as-a-Service for the agricultural sector, on the SET Alliance resources page.
