    Dr. Parikshit Naik, Business Development Manager – Advanced Services Group 

    Dr. Parikshit Naik is the business development manager at ASG with the responsibility of developing business relationships and expanding the reach and impact of ASG’s resources and expertise. He has expertise in developing outcome-based business models and has delivered multi-million pound projects on business models such as Milling-as-a-Service and Heat-as-a-Service, to name a few. Parikshit is a petrochemical engineer by education with a masters degree in business strategy and innovation. His expertise in servitization is driven by his PhD on the role of digital technology to enable servitization.

    Omar Tabba, Chief Product Officer – BrainBox AI

    Omar leads the product management function at BrainBox AI. He has over 20 years of experience in the smart building space and has held technical, sales and executive roles. Prior to joining BrainBox AI, he led the digital solutions team at the General Electric Current business unit, where he supported the sale of Current’s digital solutions to Fortune 200 companies as well as the product, marketing and business development functions. Before joining GE, Omar co-founded YWire Technologies, a venture-backed lighting control startup. A patent holder, Omar has applied building automation and energy management systems across multiple vertical markets (e.g. retail, commercial office, education) and in portfolios ranging from one building to several thousand across the globe.

    Ricardo Rodriguez, Business Development Senior Manager – Daikin 

    Ricardo has more than 12 years of experience in business analysis and development, investment strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and administration. As a Business Development Senior Manager for Daikin, Ricardo is in charge of the Open Innovation programme in Latin America and the expansion of the ‘as a service’ model in the same region. Ricardo is also an investment broker and specialist in climate finance. Daikin is the world’s industry leader in air conditioning with sales of over 15 billion dollars, comprising over 200 companies around the globe. Its cutting-edge air conditioning products and services are widely distributed and marketed in more than 150 countries.

    Arthur Pereira, New Energy Business Model Analyst – LCP Delta

    Arthur joined the New Energy Business Models team at LCP Delta’s Paris office in 2021. The team works with energy majors, manufacturers, innovators, and policy makers across Europe, who are looking to capitalize on the energy transition. Arthur has supported clients exploring new market opportunities and analyzing customer propositions in sectors such as solar, storage, smart buildings, and EV charging. He’s conducted research on innovative new concepts such as energy as a service, smart tariffs, and green finance. He also holds an MSc in Sustainable Energy Futures from Imperial College London and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington in Seattle.
