Join the upcoming SET Alliance webinar to explore how contracts can be a catalyst for the circular economy. Featuring expert insights from The Chancery Lane Project, ETAP Lighting, and BASE Foundation, this session will dive into the critical role contracts play in building a more circular and sustainable built environment and what this means for Product-as-a-Service (PaaS) for building services like cooling, heating and lighting.
Achieving a more circular built environment requires business models prioritising resource efficiency, longevity, and value recovery, and ensuring that sustainability commitments translate into real-world results. The circular business model ‘Product-as-a-Service’ (PaaS) is gaining traction in building services such as cooling, heating and lighting. These PaaS solutions and contracts shape how value is created, risks are shared and long-term environmental impacts are managed.
With the support of the Circular Buildings Coalition, the SET Alliance — a BASE-led initiative — is developing practical guidance on PaaS contracts for building services. This initiative empowers stakeholders to design agreements that drive sustainability and circularity in project implementation. This webinar provides expert insights, bringing together the legal perspective and practical implementation.
Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of the conversation shaping the future of Product-as-a-Service for buildings and gain valuable insights on:
- How contracts and clauses can drive sustainability and circularity by addressing areas such as resource efficiency and lifecycle thinking.
- How to overcome adoption barriers with well-designed contracts that align incentives.
- Practical perspectives from industry leaders, showcasing how innovative contracts are making a real impact.
