Standardised Contracts

What do service contracts look like? Under the Cooling-as-a-Service (CaaS) and Efficiency-as-a-Service (EaaS) projects, several standardised service contracts were developed. These serve as a starting point for as-a-Service solutions, and can help you to understand the different clauses, and the creation of off-balance contracts.

Pricing Tools

How do you price service solutions? Under the Cooling-as-a-Service (CaaS), Efficiency-as-a-Service (EaaS) projects, pricing tools were created to better enable service providers to define their pricing model, and to communicate financing elements to customers and financiers.

Risk Assessment Tool

What risks are involved in servitisation? Under the Efficiency-as-a-Service (EaaS) project, a risk assessment tool was developed outlining the different risks for consideration by providers, customers and financiers.

Questionnaires

How do you talk to different stakeholders? During the Cooling-as-a-Service (CaaS) project, questions were developed for providers to discuss service offerings and projects with potential and existing customers, as well as financiers.
